Not all multivitamins are created equal. I was really intrigued by Pure Vitamin Club’s daily multicap for a couple reasons. One of them is, you only have to take one a day. The second is that it’s confirmed on the product page that you can open the capsule and add it to a glass of water or smoothie.
This is awesome for me because I have trouble swallowing pills and this is one large capsule! I would never in a million years be able to swallow this capsule. I can, however, easily add it to my daily bottle of water and drink it with ease. Best of all, it’s practically flavorless, so I barely notice it in my water. It also turns the water a nice orange color.
