I was really intrigued by Pure Vitamin Club’s daily multicap for a couple reasons. One of them is, you only have to take one a day. This is awesome for me because I have trouble swallowing pills and this is one large capsule! I would never in a million years be able to swallow this capsule. I can, however, easily add it to my daily bottle of water and drink it with ease. Best of all, it’s practically flavorless, so I barely notice it in my water. It also turns the water a nice orange color.

Sadly, I have a hard time swallowing pills, so I’m always on the lookout for alternative supplement types like gummies, powders, and liquids. I also prefer the “all-in-one” types that can help with multiple health issues and concerns. Maxx Herb’s Pau D’ Arco Plus Liquid Extract is one of those supplements. Not only is this therapeutic blend conveniently in liquid form but it tastes great too! This supplement has a slightly sweet fruitiness to it that enhances whatever you add it to. So, I tend to use it as a sweetener and add it to my tea – meaning, I’ll use a little less sweetener than usual and add the daily dosage of this in place for the rest of the sweetener. I’ve most recently tried their Nervex Neuropathy Pain Relief Cream and another, which I’ll be reviewing later this month. I often get nerve pain in my extremities due to pinched nerves - which often occur from sitting too long at my desk.
