The Feminine Spray With Essential Oils is a Must-Have

If you’re familiar with Yoni Oil, then you’ll love this alternative Feminine Oil Blend from Bona Dea Naturals; it’s just as effective and more affordable. For those not familiar, Yoni Oil is “the ultimate female healing and preventative oil formula! It is the answer to ALL female complaints and maladies” (source). It’s basically an all-purpose product for optimal feminine hygiene and vaginal health. It can combat and prevent many issues such as itching, odor, dryness, infections (such as yeast and Bacterial Vaginosis), and much more. While the formulas differ, as well as the way you use them (one is for internal use, the other isn’t), the idea is the same.
My duty to you: I received this product to try out and evaluate for free. I don’t sugar-coat and always give my 100% honest opinion - good AND bad! There are also affiliate links in this post; I will receive a very small percentage if you make a purchase.

Bona Dea Naturals’ feminine oil blend is made with Fractionated Coconut Oil, Olive Oil*, Calendula Oil*, Chaparral Oil (sustainably wildcrafted), Echinacea Oil, Vitamin E, Lemongrass Oil*, Tea Tree Oil*, Palmarosa Oil*, and Orange Oil* (*Organic). Many of these ingredients are noted for their antifungal and antibacterial properties.
It’s a super gentle, soothing oil with a light citrus fragrance that can be used daily for any issues you may be having. On top of that, you can use it just to maintain a healthy pH, to strengthen vaginal muscles, to keep skin hydrated, to maintain a healthy menstrual cycle, and things of that nature. Adding it to your daily routine can both eliminate and prevent most vaginal issues.
I’m not sure how others are using it but since this product is not for internal use, I simply spray a couple times externally in the vaginal area at the start of my day. That’s it. If you’re having any issues or discomfort down there, you can always use it throughout the day if needed.
What I like most about this spray is how convenient it is to use. It’s in a small bottle so it’s easy to carry in your purse or even a gym bag (if you work out away from home). Plus, there are no fillers or water added to it, just pure, all-natural ingredients. A little goes a long way too, so don’t be fooled by the small bottle size! It’s definitely worth every penny if feminine hygiene is at the top of your list.

Starting Over and Rebuilding Your Tumblr Empire Source: Unsplash You know that feeling when you've put in countless hours and invested so much of yourself into something, then — poof — it's gone? That's what happened to me yesterday: my beloved Tumblr account was terminated, without reason, I might add! This is where I was previously hosting this blog. Gone were the almost 1500 posts and memories I'd accumulated over the years (since 2008). To add insult to injury, all my social media posts now feature broken links. Yes, it was indeed a sad evening. However, as a true warrior in the lifestyle blogging world, I am determined to rise from the ashes and rebuild A Little Bit Of Me by any means necessary. But how you ask? Well, strap in, because I'm about to take you on the journey of making your own terminated blog comeback.
Clear Skin Starts from Within: Foods and Lifestyle Tips for Hormonal Acne
By

Hormonal acne is a form of acne caused by fluctuations in hormones, especially androgens like testosterone. It often appears around puberty when hormone levels are in flux, as well as in adulthood. Women are more prone to hormonal acne outbreaks due to monthly hormonal changes related to the menstrual cycle. Source: Pixabay The main hormonal causes of acne include increased production of sebum (oil), a binding of testosterone to skin receptors, increased inflammation, and imbalances between estrogen and progesterone. Testosterone stimulates the production of sebum, which can clog pores and allow acne-causing bacteria to accumulate. Hormonal acne tends to occur in characteristic locations like the lower face along the jawline, chin, and neck area. It also frequently appears along the cheeks and side of the face in women. Lesions are usually tender, inflamed, and deeper cysts rather than surface whiteheads or blackheads. Outbreaks typically occur monthly but can also be chronic for some.
How to Properly Apply Face Serum for Maximum Benefits
By

Face serums have become a popular skincare product in recent years, promising numerous benefits like reducing fine lines, evening out skin tone, and boosting hydration. With all the hype around serums, it's easy to get carried away and use too much. But applying face serum correctly is vital to getting the most out of it (plus, you'll save money since you won't use up the bottle as quickly). Source: Pexels Here's a simple guide on how much serum to use and how to apply it properly: Why Dropping Serum Directly on Your Face Isn't Ideal It's tempting to use the dropper that comes with most serums and dot the product directly onto your face. As a matter of fact, almost every YouTuber I watch loves to do it this way (and I cringe each time I see it). However, this isn't the best application method for a few reasons: Wastes product: Dropping serum directly from the bottle means you often use more than necessary. Most serums are concentrated, so a little goes a l
